The single most important part of this episode for me was when Sun got shot in the stomach and she told Jin that she was preggers.. Earlier this season, Claire was going into labor when Ethan gave her the choice to have the baby now, or later with the help of drugs.. I believe there is a connection here. Both Claire and Sun were pregnant while on the island.. What the connection is? I have no idea.
Who's "The Package?" What was up with Sayid and Desmond's encounter with eachother? Was Desmond drunk? or drugged? Is Widmore good? They really need to answer these questions and stop with the BS!

I don't know but I was reading somewhere that "Jin" was interviewed in real life and he said that the ending will answer all questions and it will be an ending we will feel satisfied with.
Who's "The Package"? I thought it was pretty clear it was Desmond. Then again the fact that it seemed clear probably tells me otherwise. I definitely think he was drugged and from the bag pipes in last weeks "Next Week On Lost", sounds like we will get some Desmond answers.
I'll have to watch it again, but it didn't seem that clear that Desmond was the package to me. It occurred to me that he could be the package... but if he is, why are they calling him that?
I feel Desmond might be another possible replacement. I think this week we'll get to see how he wound with widmore and him receiving Jacobs touch.
